My Swimsuit!

This is my pretty swimsuit, which I wore over at Carlos's house when I went for a swim. It was my first time in a pool, and it was pretty fun. I'm thinking by next year, I might try out for the Olympics!

My New Friend!

So, over the weekend, I went over to a new friend's house. His name is Aden Carlos, and his dad works in the lab next to my mom's. They have a pool, so we went over for a swim. At first, we pretty much just screamed and threw up at each other, since we were really nervous, but then we settled down and had a great time! I'll put up a few more photos of the visit soon!

My new cousin!

Announcement! Announcement!

I'm not the baby of the family any more! I have a little baby cousin! Here she is! Her name is Karina Nev, and she is the baby of Mom's cousin Gail and Rob. I can't wait to meet her! Look how tiny she is! I was NEVER that small! I'll teach her all the tricks of the trade -- like saving up huge poos for when mom is out and dad has to handle them! :D

Meet Mom's Family!

So, Mom and Dad took me up to Flag to meet Mom's family! Let's see... There were a lot of them, but I think I remember who they all are!: From left to right, Christina, GrandMa, Uncle Jeff, [ME!], Kylie, Mom, Sydney, Grandpa, Dad, Jonathan, Elizabeth and Uncle Joe! We had a good time. Mostly, I watched all the activity bustling around me.

So, Dad and I like to read good literature a lot. We were just working our way through a very sophisticated text on the metaphysical questions raised by a pair of green pants with nobody inside them. I am here shown meditating deeply on the issue....

Conqueror

So, these days, Dad has been staying home with me while Mom goes off to work. We have a lot of fun! We read, and play games, and eat (and, of course, poop a lot!), and I take naps to regain my strength so that I can go at it all again! I've figured out that, with this strategy, I can conquer Dad! In this photo, which Mom took when she came home and found us, you can see that I wore Dad out to the point that I was able to trip him, knock him out, and have a nice seat to celebrate my victory!

Dad videoed me laughing, and then I played around with it. I like the third bit best! I think it makes me sound like Jabba the Hut!

Tummy Time Video

Here's me on my tummy! It's tough to keep my head up, but I'm training pretty heavily these days, building up my upper body.

Check me out, doin' curls with this hefty wooden rattle! I'm starting to sort out what to do with these hands at then ends of my arms. Besides type my blog, I mean...
I also like to hold onto these rings -- I've mastered holding the blue and green ones, and am thinking about branching out to the reds and yellows!
