Bappa Visit

Boppa came out to visit after Namma went home! Best to have both together, but almost as good to get Boppa all to myself!

Would you like some pineapple?

EAT MORE PINEAPPLE!

EAT MORE PINEAPPLE! Good Boppa.

Reading with Namma and George

Namma was out recently visiting! We read a lot of books with George. He is an avid reader, but he is mostly into reading his own biographies.

We played with my great stickerbooks, too! Look at that one, Namma! A Dog-Dog!
Can you come back over today to play??

I know, I know

Hello, my fans and readers! I am sorry that I haven't been blogging lately. Mom and Dad have had me really busy with so much schoolwork lately. Just now, actually, Mama was trying to teach me the flags of all the countries of the world. Sheesh! If it ain't Lelastan or Lelaia or the United States of Lela (AKA Los Estados Lelanidos), who would care? I need a flag.

But you couldn't possibly be annoyed at this face, could you?

More blogs coming soon! Really!

On the Farm

We went down to Stanford a little while back to visit my old pal Ved. He and I go way back, all the way to 2007!

Ved brought a ball for us to play with!

Here you go, Ved!

Nice to see you, too.

Let's go play Frisbee now!

Woosh! I'm off like a bolt of lightening!

Ok, Dad, you toss it, I'll go get it. We should have a name for this game. How about 'fetch'?

I got it, Dad, but next time, not so far, ok?

C'mon up for some photos!

This is my most natural smile.

You sit here!

Say 'cheese'!

And then a group picture!

Afterward, I posed for a few solo shots.

Bounce House IV

I was practicing my superhero moves, tossing giant tree-trunks around when...

Suddenly, trouble! My spider-sense is tingling!

A group of villains, looking for trouble! For a minute, I looked outnumbered and cornered!

Ker-POW! Luckily, I have super powers. No trouble for Super Lela!

Bounce House III

Dad and I roughhoused a bunch, as ever. We are training for American Gladiator.

This is awesome! I don't even need a helmet!

This is a terrible idea. Where is my helmet??

Aaaaaaahhh!

Gotcha back, Dad!

Mom got in on the bouncing action, too! Go Mom!

Bounce House II

Carter's party was at this crazy bounce house place!

It was awesome!

Look at that air!

Run! Run!

And it didn't hurt at all to fall flat on my face. Not that I did. Just after this shot.

And now we're disco DAN-cin'!

Bounce House I

We went down to see my friend Carter for his birthday (well, ok, he's Mom's friend's kid -- I never met the guy in my life before, but he DOES throw a heck of a party, so I'll be keeping an eye for an invite, next year...).

We were all totally riveted by this awesome movie they had for us to watch at the very beginning.

Wow! You can tell just how great a movie it was that it held our attention like that. It was a safety video. I think it was from the award-winning director of Saved by the Bell.

Ok, everybody! Line up and follow me! I am in charge.

Come on in!

Breakfast

Dad always says "Do you want to eat, Lela?" At least, I always thought that there was a comma in there. Maybe he's really asking Mom, "Do you want to eat Lela?"
