My Pony

I asked my mom for a pony, and she said she'd get me one. Then she took me here. I had a really fun time, but I think she was trying to trick me. I'm pretty sure this pony was A) made of plastic and B) attached to the ground at the park....

Dad's Hat

I stole Dad's hat when he came in for a smooch! Looks pretty good on me, I think! Better than it looks on Dad, so I think I'll keep it!

Great Visit

I had a great visit from my Great Aunt Shelle and Great Uncle Jeff! They were lots of fun!
Great Uncle Jeff and I goofed around a lot...

and Great Aunt Shelle and I cuddled happily!

Then, just to make her jealous, we emailed a photo to Grandma Mim! He, he!

The Train!

We went to a little park with an even littler train that we rode around! It was super fun!

The train was Ye Olde Western, so here's me in a daguerreotype! I think I have a rather dignified profile, no?

Surveying the lands under my rule...

Ok, Dad, just once, couldn't you shave for a photo?

Oh, I love you anyway!

Frilly Hat

Just a photo of me in my frilly hat, from a trip to the train park last weekend...

Blogging

Just a few pictures of me, hard at work on my blog. I told Dad to get a new laptop, because I really need this one, pretty full-time these days.

Oh, hi there! How's it going?

6 Month BDay

Sorry I took so long to get this one online, but here I am on my six-month birthday!

Mom and Dad took me to the zoo, and we had a great time!

Hmm.... What did they get me, I wonder.......

Amazing Flying Fairies!

I went to the park yesterday with some friends. That's Kihyun and Troy. As you can tell by looking at these photos, we were surrounded by a really fascinating swarm of flying fairies...

Hey, there's one!

Ooooh! Look! There it went!

Wait, where? Oh, behind you!

Behind me?

Oh, yeah! There it is!

Wait, which way did they go?

Oh, no! They got Kihyun!

And speaking of TEETH

Mom finally got some photos in which you can see my pearly white fangs!

Watch those fingers!

New Tooth

You know what it is like when you get your first teeth, right? It kinda hurts a lot, and then you can't stop feeling them with your tongue...

At the park

Today I went to the park with my friends Colin and Caden.

We had a great time playing on this lovely rainbow blanket!

I think that Colin is sweet on me!

Caden is quite the storyteller, and we were just riveted!

The Boys

I went to the Scottsdale Fashion Center, which is just like Arizona Mills. But for rich people. I went with two of my friends. This is Colin and Kyle and, of course, ME. We are hanging out in a treasure chest. Because we are, to our parents, little treasures. Hey, Colin! Can I share that book with you? Oh, thanks! Sharing is fun! I'll just take this home with me, so that you can keep enjoying sharing it with me.

Real Food! (Sort of)

Mom decided that it was time for me to get some Real Solid Food! I was so excited! I wondered what I'd get! Maybe some of that tasty Channa Masala they are always eating. Or maybe some Pad Thai! Or maybe some of Mom's Stir Fry, which always smells great.

But no.

It was gruel. It was paste. "Rice Cereal," which is just flakes of rice, no cereal. Well, I figured I'd still give it a good try.

Really? I am supposed to eat this stuff?

What is my verdict?

Hmph.

Zooing with Colin

The other day, I went to the zoo with my mom and her friend Andrea, and my friend Colin.

These geese tried to eat me, but I'm pretty tough, so I ate them, instead.

Colin was very impressed, as you can see. I think he's sweet on me. Don't tell Carlitos!

Reading with Dad

So, Dad says to me, Again with the Dr. Seuss?? Can't we ever read a book I want to read?? So, being the obliging gal I am, I agreed! We read Susan Stewart's On Longing: Narratives of the Miniature and the Gigantic, which did, I admit, seem an appropriate choice, anyway.

It was most engrossing!

We had a good time. But next time, I think we'll go with One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish!

Cooling off

Well, after we went to the zoo, everyone was tired and warm, so we went up to Carlito's house for a dip in the pool! It was nice and cool, and we all had a good time.
Tata is a regular fish in the water!

Carlitos had a good time splashing away, and Anna had fun, even if she was kinda chilly!

Hey! Don't eat her nose!

Anyway, Mom and I stayed high and dry! Too cold in the pool! So we just had a good time lounging around and watching everyone splashing each other!
